The Board of Trustees conducts annual trainings and global
conferences.
In addition, the Board of Trustees have quarterly meetings not only
to discuss issues and the direction of the church but also to receive
spiritual input fomi the pastoral team.
Hope UK Church is an Independent Church but is in close
partnership with Hope Singapore and Hope Global Family. Hope
UK Church is now an official member of the said movement.
The Board of trustees has a Risk Assessment and Management
Policy in place to deal with any major or even minor risk that can
affect the church significantly.

Ob'ectives and activities
To advance Christian religion in England and Wales through educating
the public mainly, but not exclusively, by means of broadcasting the
religion messages of an evangelistic and leaching nature. To benefit th8
public through the holding of prayer meetings. lectures, public celebration
of religious festivals and producing and/or distributing literatures on the
Christian religion to enlighten others. To prevent or relieve poverty by
providing items and services to individuals in need

The Trustees regarded the guidance issued by the Charity
Commission on Public Benefit.
The Trustees made sure that sven during the pandemic all Ihe
church activities are centred on the benefit of the public. Hence.
all its activities are open to the public. Ils activities aim to bless
people, especially those who are lost, broken and in need of love,
acceptan￿, and belor)gingness.
The Church activities include: Weekly Worship Services, Small
Group gathèrings. Prayer Meetings, Youth Life group meetings.
Kids Lif8group where people gather to share their lives together,
build each other up. and help each other grow in their faith and
character.
The Church also has Outreach Evenls with an aim to reach out to
the public like Special Event Gatherings, Street Evangelism,
Basketball Tournament and Sports Day.
During Christmas, the church went out to give gifts to their
neighbourhood exemplifying one of its missions. which is lo love
neighbours.
The church had conducted concert, Conferen￿. and retreat
where the public benefited as it provided teachings of the word of
God, workshops to help equip the people more and team building
activities. It was an event that churches nalionally and
intemationally were invited to join. It also catered to all groups in
th6 public such as youth, sludents, and children in all ages and
families.
Hope Hampshire conducts monthly community breakfast seNice.
Offering free breakfast, enabling everyone to join the church
service afterwards.
Monthly youth Servi￿ which started Sepiembar 2024. Inviting all
the youth in all Hope UK Churches. An opportunity to invite our
youth's classmates. friends and their new contacts.

Achievements and performance
Hope UK Church has grown to an average of 250 members. This
increase resulted in increased numbets of lrfe groups, leaders and
even volunteers in drfferent ministries.
The church also invested on equipment to set up and maintain
church Servi￿ online during the pandemic to cater the needs of
its members to the community and globally.
The planted churches in Hampshire, Slough and Watford
continued to flourish. Hampshire church conducts service face to
face weekly and life groups continued after pandemic restrictions.
The church in Slough has expanded to its reach and territory of
Berkshire to bless more people.
The Watford church, which is supported by quite a few of our
members in main church {Hayes), is growing in numbers loo.

The church policy on reserves applies to building fund. The only fund
maintained now and funded by allotting 10% of monthly receipts. The rest
of the cash fund is unr8Stricled primarily used to support and maintain thè
running of church activities.
