The focus of 2025 again was on helping establish Thurrock Street pastors in the following ways

working with the team of volunteers to ensure a viable team presence

Transformation Thurrock was instrumental in the creation of the interfaith network
Risk Management
The board includes individuals with financial management and administration skills, who are responsible for ensuring that adequate controls are in place for keeping accurate records and for safeguarding the future of the charity.

Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
Transformation Thurrock promotes unity across denominations & other faiths by updating Transformation Thurrock website, sending e-news emails, facilitating Thurrock leaders’ prayer and other prayer gatherings. Resourcing cross-denominational festivals.

The charity has seen the strong relationship with the Thurrock Council continue this year. It also has continued to maintain a strong relationship with the Thurrock Council Community Development Manager.

As the councils contact for the faith sector Transformation Thurrock help awareness raising of the resident support resources in the faith sector.
The weekly Thurrock Leaders Prayer meeting has continued as a hybrid meeting. The venue continued to rotate around churches in Thurrock.
Acting as a central reference point for the dissemination of information
Transformation Thurrock is the representative organisation for Thurrock Essex East London Churches Together.
The charity has facilitated the formation of Thurrock Street Pastors with the formation of a board of trustees and additional management members.
