## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2025**
The Trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2025 and confirm that they comply with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011, the Constitution and the Charities SORP (FRS 102).
The Charity acts as an umbrella organisation for Homeshare projects throughout the world.
## **Review of activities and Achievements**
The Charity does not operate any Homeshare projects but seeks to disseminate information to organisations who operate, or wish to, schemes of their own. It provides this information through its own website www.homeshare.org The Charity also operates a Network for organisations, for a subscription, which provides help for those joining the organisation. The Charity also provides regular on line events which have proved to be very popular and these attract members throughout the world.
A part time administrator continues in post and this greatly assists the Trustees in running the Charity.
Board meetings are held regularly throughout the year using ZOOM. These are well attended by the Trustees.
## **Future Plans**
A successful Congress was held in Italy in September 2024 and plans have commenced to run a further event.
Plans are in place to seek additional funding.
## **Financial Review**
Income for the year was £3,349 and expenditure £10,532 resulting in a deficit of £7.103. Total reserves were £10,995 which the Trustees believe is reasonable.
## **Structure, Governance and Management**
The Charity operates under a Constitution for a Charitable Incorporated Organisation dated 23 November 2016, which sets out how Trustees are elected.
The Charity’s principal address is 11, Divinity Road, Oxford, OX4 1LH.
