TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2024
The trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2024 and confirm
that they comply with requ1￿mentS of the Charities Act 2011, the Constitution and the
Charities SORP (FRS 102)
The Charity acts a8 an umbrella organisation for Homeshare projects throughout the wortd.
Rovlow of Actlvltles and Achlevements
The Charity does not operate any Homeshare projects but seeks to disseminate information
to organisations who operate, or wish to, schemes of their own. It provides this information
through its own website www homeshare oro The charity also operates a Network for
organisations for a modest subscription which provides help for Ihose joining the
organisation.
The Charity hds been fortunate in securing funding to support its activities and the Board
believe that will enable the charity to continue its activities.
Board meetings are held using Zoom calls and four such calls were held during the year. In
addition the Management Team, a subcommittee of the Board, meet more frequently.
Futurn Plans
The Charity will continue to support Homeshare organisations where required induding an
Intemational Conference to be held in Trento, Italy in September 2024.
Flnanclal Revlew
Income for the year was £17,012 and expenditure was £8,051 giving a surplus of
£8,961.
Total reserves at 31 July 2024 were £18,098. The Board believe this is reasonable.
Structure, Governance and Management
The charity operates under a Constitution for a Charitable Incorporated Organisation dated
23 November 2016, which sets out how trustees are elected.
