The chaiity is governed by a board of trustees drawn from the local community. This Is to ensurè that the board has the
slulls and exp&rience required to OV6rsée thè manag8rnenl of the charity and Its operations.
Th6 charity tru8tees ar6 r8sponslbl8 for th6 generd control and management of the charity. The Irustees give Iheir time
freely and re￿1ve no remuneration or other financial ben8fits.
Trusleè Inductlon and Tralnlng
All new tnjstèes receive a planned induction programme before tsking up Iheir place on th8 board. This includes an
explanation of their roles and responsibilities, an introduction to other trustees, an 0￿￿1@W of recant activities and an
explanatton of board format and process.
Risk management
The trust8es have a risk management stratsgy which includes an annual review of the rlsks the charity faces and the
establishment of systems and procedures tc mitigats those risks and implefflenlalion of proc8dur88 de8ign8d to minimis8
any potential impacl on charity should those ri8k8 materialise.

The trustees aim to ensure that sufficient funds are maiDtsined to enable th& charity to cany out Ils actlvities.

The charily's trust88s are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.Th8 charit￿8 trustees consider that an
audit is not raquired for this year under section 14412} of the Charitiès Act 2011 (th& 2011 Act) and that an
independent examin8tlon is needed.
It is my responsibility to examin& th& accounts und&r section 145 of the 2011 Act. to follow the procedures laid
down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5}Ib} of the 2011 Act,, and to
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
