We hold cash at Barclays Bank of £7,817 of which £500 is a restricted fund. We hold these funds to carryout community events, activities, rent venues and meet any unforeseen expenditures.
We aim to hold at least £2,000 and no more than £18,000 in reserves at the year-end. The amount £500 is a grant funding from Nottingham Equal that we brought forward from a previous year-end. The amount was for a community event we scheduled in 2020 and had been postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are going to organise the event in this year 2023.
