As a result of the Ch￿ity's dedicated efforts throughout the period,
children aged 3 to I l years have significantly benefited from various
fundraising activitics. In the current year, we continued with a fund-
saving campaign aim¢d at acquiring a new minibus for the school. This
endeavour rcflccts our commitment to improving transportation facilities
and ensuring the well-being of the studcnts.

I report to the trustees on my examlnation of the accounts of Friends of Greenbank Preparatory School & Day
Nursery for the year ended 31 July 2024.

As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in accordance wilh the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in
carrylng out my examination I have followed all the applicable DirectSons given be the Charity Commission under
section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
{a} which gives me reasonable cause to belleve that In any material respect Ihe requiremenls:
