Our vision in managing Eagle's Nest Community Centre is to provide a multi-use, multi generational community hub of excellence that is widely used by the people of Arnold. We will build community, be a catalyst for volunteer projects and partner with others to increase social provision.
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are For The Benefit Of The Public (The ‘Objects’)(a) To Further Or Benefit The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without The Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents Particularly (But Not Exclusively) By (I) Establishing Or Securing The Establishment Of A Community Site For Activities Promoted By The Company (Hereinafter Referred To As ‘The Community Site’), And (Ii) Maintaining And Managing Or Co-Operating With Any Local Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such Community Site And(b) To Promote Such Other Purposes Recognised As Charitable Under The Laws Of England And Wales In Such Parts Of The United Kingdom As The Directors From Time To Time May Think Fit
