presentations,
which were usually
given
in person at||
|||schools across the country, were almost exclusively
given online||

we were able to continue some of our activities, such as:

to the Fulbright
Commission's
online USA
College Day to answer questions
from students
about applying
university
in the United States
Distributing
a monthly
email newsletter
to prospective
applicants
to university
in the United States to provide
them with the
necessary
information
to successfully
submit their applications
Paying
all fees associated
with hosting a website devoted to
providing
students
from the UK with the necessary
information|to
to|
|||apply to university
in the United States||
|||Additionally,
Friends of HCUK donated
funds to various
charitable
initiatives,
including
"Under One Sky" (a charity that provides meals for||
|||homeless
people), "New Voices" (a theatre
initiative
that promotes female
creators), and "Wise Children" (a theatre company
dedicated to training||
|||the next generation
of creative practitioners).||
