Reserves Policy
There are currently no reserves of the charity. The policy of the Trustees is to build up its reserves by judicious management of any investments it may make, fundraising and to make payments from those reserves so that its charitable objectives can be achieved.
Investment Policy and Performance
The Trustees’ investment policy is to achieve growth in any investment portfolio it establishes while protecting those investments, avoiding investments with high risk.
Plans for Future Periods
The charity is currently dormant but may in the future carry out events in order to attract donations to support its charitable objectives.
Trustees’ Responsibility Statement
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
The charity is obligated, as a CIO, to prepare accounts and a Trustees’ annual report for each financial year.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the charity’s transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with their obligations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Disclosure of information
Each of the persons who are Trustees at the time when this Trustees’ report is approved has confirmed that:
- So far as that Trustee is aware, all relevant audit information has been disclosed; and

- That Trustees have taken all the steps that ought to have been taken as Trustees in order to be aware of any relevant audit information and to establish that such information has been disclosed.
