External Report for the Rosa Foundation 1 May2020 – 30 April 2021
28 February 2022
After having examined the accounts, expenses, and paperwork of The Rosa Foundation (Registered charity no: 1170158) independently, I would like to confirm to the best of my knowledge:
The opening and closing balances of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) are in conformity with the charitable expenditure.
In the effective execution of duties, expenses incurred by the CIO are reasonable and receipts are available (except nominal printing for which a receipt was not possible to obtain but this clearly shows in the statement).
No cheques were issued during the accounting period.
Signed: Mr Ali Abbasi
