**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM THE AGES OF TWO YEARS UP TO AND INCLUDING TWELVE YEARS OLD IN THE NEW TREDEGAR AREA BY OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY, EDUCATION AND CARE FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR BY:(I) PROVIDING FULL DAY CHILDCARE AND OUT OF SCHOOL CARE FOR CHILDREN IN A SAFE, CARING ENVIRONMENT; AND(II) PROVIDING PARENTS AND CARERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO BE INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR CHILDREN AND LEARN BEST PRACTICE PARENTING SKILLS THROUGH WORKING WITH QUALIFIED CHILDCARE PROFESSIONALS.

**Activities:** The Children's Space enhances the development and education of children from the ages of 2 years up to and including 12 yeas old in the New Tredegar Area by offering appropriate play, education and care facilities for children in particular by providing full day care and out of school care for children in a safe caring environment.
