HALTON SPEAK OUT was founded in 2001. We converted to a CIO in November 2016. We continue to support individuals with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people by offering a wide range of services including self advocacy, person centred planning, employment opportunities, training, peer advocacy, dramatic and visual arts education and participation.

Objects: For The Benefit Of The Public, The Releif And Support Of Children And Adults With A Learning Disability And Other Disabilites Including Persons Who Are Vulnerable By A) The Provision Of Advocacy And Like Of Support Services, Training And Educational And Other Services Designed To Relieve Their Condition, And To Allow Them To Take Full Place In Society B) The Provision That Will Enable Them To Take Part In The Dramatic And Visual Arts Including The Provision Of Training, Education, Practical Demonstrations And Partcipative Learning. C) To Manage A Community Centre To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life For Our Clients
