|||primary school and 16 girls in university,<br>where we mentor the university students as<br>they support and mentor the secondary<br>schools students.<br>We are now delivering a business training<br>programme for girls and women, and have<br>since piloted a loan scheme with 4 women<br>who undertook our business training.|

||Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|By the end of the financial year, the charity is<br>continuing to support girls with their further<br>education, which is a huge impact, as these<br>girls would not be continuing with their<br>further education without this assistance. We<br>are also providing them with monthly support<br>packages of some of their daily needs.<br>Our mentorship workshops in schools<br>continue to be highly impactful in instilling<br>knowledge in beneficiaries. Our recent<br>workshops around Sexual and Reproductive<br>Health is providing information to your<br>people which can result in:<br>•<br>a reduction in pregnancy and early<br>marriages.<br>•<br>better understanding/prevention<br>around the contraction of HIV and<br>STI.<br>•<br>Menstrual health management.<br>•<br>Challenging gender based violence –<br>as we discuss consent and harmful<br>practices within our sessions.<br>Our targeted mentorship scheme is<br>providing tailored support to the most<br>vulnerable girls in the community. We spend<br>4 hours a month listening to challenges they<br>face, addressing these challenges, as well<br>as motivating them towards better outcomes<br>around their academics, mental health and<br>life skills development. As a result of our<br>interventions, we are seeing these girls<br>developing positive relationships with their<br>mentors, where they are comfortable to<br>discuss challenges and explore solutions<br>together. Furthermore, there is positive<br>outcomes being demonstrated in their<br>academic performances.<br>We are now delivering entrepreneurship and<br>business management training to<br>girls/women from rural communities so they<br>can create and grow their enterprise, which<br>will allow them to become financially<br>independent.<br>Our pilot loan scheme is making a huge<br>difference in enabling those who have<br>completed the business training to invest in<br>their businesses for greater success.|

organisation for the year ended 31ST March 2025.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY:
The principal actlvlty of the organisatlon shall continue to be that of provlding
academic financial support for the less privileged young womenlglrls Sn Afrlca (
