The protection of health, the relief of poverty and the advanc8m8nt of
education of the people living in Tanzania, particularly the rural
communities around Arusha by the provision of items, good and services

The charitable objectives of the charity are at the heart of all decision
making that the Trustees undertake to ensure there is public benefit.

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
The charity has held a small number of events and a popular charity
buffet evening to raise funds for the charity. The events were also an
opportunity to improve the exposure of the Gharity and its objectives.
During the period the charity also re￿iVed specific donations for a
number of projects including continued support of student's education,
health promotion and large donations towards a new water project.
Funds for these specific objectives have been used as the requirement
arises to support individuals in Tanzania.
At the year end restricted funds for specific projects amounted to £5,533
and will continue to be used for the designated purposes after the year
end.

We aim to maintain a small reserve to cover on going costs and to allow
the initial funding of charitable events and for larger projects which at
present includes the ongoing maintenance of th8 village school and
further health projects.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the charity receipts and payments accounts for
the year ended 30 November 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the charitVs accounts carried out under section 145 of the
Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examlnerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no materlal matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act,.

2. the account5 do not accord wlth those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
