Financial report 2021-2022
For the financial year 2021-2022 All In Youth in partnership with OCL continue to run weekly foodbanks and are receiving more donations leaving an underspend which will be used over the Xmas period 2022. The committee agree reserves of £4000 be marked as restricted for 22/23 in anticipation of raising venue costs due to energy increases.
In partnership with Teesside University and MIMA we are launching an anti-racism series for the public from October 2022-May 2023 £3000 has been allocated for these workshops and events.
2 full time staff continue to develop weekly programs for people living in poverty who experience discrimination including vulnerable people and people who speak English as a second language. We deliver dedicated activities every day of the week from a variety of locations across Teesside to diverse groups including men, women and children, from globally ethnic majority backgrounds. We continue working with organisations as advocates on anti-racism and the importance of embedding anti-racist practice and thinking.
We worked in partnership with Stockton Council and Arc International arts centre to plan and deliver a series of activities for Refugee week 2022 which took place in the last week of June. Some of the underspend from 20/21 was allocated to this event which is the first one in 2 years and was a huge success engaging schools and members of the public in celebration and education for community cohesion.
