Since the Company qualifies as small under Sect￿ 382 of the Companies Acl 2ry￿, the Strategic ￿port

We started 2020 with a nèw Leadership Team and church organisational structure. Each department now
falls wilhin a specific minislry and all volunteers are working logelher wrthin their dirèctorates to carry and luifil
the overall wsion of the church.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have transitioned to virtual galherings. in accordan￿ wrth UK
govemmenl advice and to ensure the safely of our cong¥egab"on. Our service5 are now live-streamed, which
enab￿S us lo reach and minister lo a much wi¢Jer comrnunrty of individuals. We have introduced dynamic and
inleradivè elements to Oul gath￿"ngs, welcoming a range ol votis lo Ihe virtual pulpit lo take different
segments of the seNce$.
We have hekl a range of themed. personal development and empowemg virtual seminars. facilitated by
professtonal guests sharing wisdom and engaging in inspiring discussions on a variety of topics, including-but
nol exclusive to-career, finance, swnlual and physical development and mental hèallh. These events have
been an opportunity lo welcome bolh existing thurch members and those from the widet ¢ommunity alike.
Our Children and Youth Mrtual dasses have been lun. inter3¢twe and dynarn￿_ The leachers responsible
for every age group have found unique. engaging and dNerse ways to explore the curricvlum with the youths In
these unique circumsiances. whilsi empowering them lo share and eychange wilh one another confidently.

instrumen1$. Basic financial instruments are initially recognised al transaCt￿n value and subsequently
measured at their settlement value wilh the exception of bank loans which are subsequently
mèasured at amortised cost using the effectr¥e Inte￿51 rreththj.
2.10 Pensions
The Company operates a defined contribution pension scheme and the pension charge represents
the amounts payable by the Company to the fund in re$￿et of the year.
