## **TRUSTEES’  REPORT**

## PERFORMANCE 

The charity carried on providing free supervised walks.  Overall the number of walkers is increasing, particularly in the less able group, whereas some walks have fewer numbers. 

## FINANCIAL REVIEW 

Funds have decreased this year, although more so than expected. The trustees are confident that the financial situation is sufficient to enable the charity to continue in the near to mid term without needing to raise income. 

## RESERVES 

The trustees see no need to to establish reserves as the charity has no employees premises. 

## FUTURE PLANS 

There are no future plans as the charity is dependent on the numbers of walkers, and the ability to provide leaders, neither of which can be foreseen.
