Annual Report for Rainbow Flyers Youth Club 2023/24
This is our financial report for the year starting 4[th] September 2023 to year ending 3[rd] September 2024.
We have been able to continue to provide support for our families that depend on our additional needs club for their sons and daughters to socialise and for the parents to have somewhere to chat together. As we are such a small group we have not done any fund-raising again this year and have managed to sustain ourselves on the members subscriptions. Our income for the year was £303 and our expenditure was £557.14, a deficit of £ 254.14. We are not concerned about this as we feel the Club will not continue for much longer as the majority of our members are now over 15 years of age and in their final year of Secondary School or in further education already. They are beginning to outgrow us and despite gaining a family of 5 additional needs siblings this year, we have not been able to attract any other new families.
We are ending the financial year with a balance of £636.33.
