Annual Report for Rainbow Flyers Youth Club 2022/23
This is our financial report for the year starting 4[th] September 2022 to year ending 3[rd] September 2023.
Our opening balance was £989.43. Our annual income of £148 came from our members subscriptions only, once again we did not receive any donations or do any fund raising.
Our total expenditure of £246.96 was for activities and our usual Christmas gifts for our members. Therefore our balance at the end of this financial year is £890.47.
We are still low on membership but continue to strive to offer a useful weekly socialising event for young people with additional needs aged 7 to young adult plus a valuable chance for their parents and guardians to exchange ideas, advice, problems or worries with each other.
I apologise for being so late in returning this to you but I had technical difficulties i.e. no laptop or desktop to use as had to wait until I could afford a replacement.

Bank Statements 59 and 60 i.e 2[nd] November 2022 to 1[st] February 2023 have been lost. I have replaced with copies of receipts for the missing period, apart from a missing receipt of £7.50.
