Rainbow Flyers Annual Report 2020/21
Due to the pandemic, unfortunately the Club was not able to reopen. We were able to keep in touch via our Facebook pages and managed to make sure all the children got their Christmas presents. We also had some toys donated to them by Jackie Cooper, Val and Michael Midgely who are well known in Ruskington for raising funds for many charitable organisations including the Air Ambulance.
We closed the year with £1123.67 in the bank. We still owe the £220 rent but they are happy for us to pay this when we can get together again. The club insurance was cancelled for this year as it was an unnecessary expense until we reopen.

A meeting will need to be arranged to decide on any new Trustees needed and banking signatories, as at present only Maggie Harris can sign cheques, which is not practical and we have no online banking available. Thankfully we still have our debit card so the Christmas presents could be purchased.
We look forward to hopefully reopening our Club after the Summer holidays.

The subscriptions were from the 2019/20 financial year, however due to Covid 19 it wasn’t possible to bank cash before 3rd Sept 2020. We still owe the rent from 15/9/19 to 15/3/20 to Ruskington Youth Centre 22 weeks @ £10 per session, £220.00, which will be paid as soon as is possible.
