**Activities:** Changes Tamworth is a fully copyrighted 12 step recovery program for mental health. Activities include structured, user led peer support groups, WAP (Wellness action Plan) sessions that emphasise goal setting. Psycho educational workshops that increase an individuals knowledge about the symptoms, causes, biology and the effect of medication on mental health.
