The charity's purpose is to relieve the suffering of bull breeds through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming, providing a clear public benefit in promoting animal welfare. Achievements and Performance Despite another challenging year, the charity continued to support pounds and owners needing assistance, helping dogs in need and providing rehabilitation and rehoming services. Several successful rehomes were achieved, and the charity maintained vital support for long-term care dogs across the UK. Financial Review During Ihe year. the charity managed to fulfil all its commitments and maintsin timely payment of bills. Income increased slightly compared with the previous year. reflecting steady public support through donations and fundraising activities. Two veterinary invoices remain outstanding under agreed payment plans. The charty recorded a planned deficit for the year, funded by reserves built up in previous years, and an accountancy fee accrued but not paid until after the year end. Expenditure The charity's main expenditure relates to emergency IK*arding. veterinary costs, and specialist dietary requirements for foster and kennelled dogs. Reserves Policy The Irustees, policy is to maintain unrestricted reserves equivalent to three months, operating costs to ensure continuity of seNices in the event of unexpected income shortfall. Risks and Uncertainties Challenges during the year included rising veterinary costs. limited kennel availability, and ongoing online harassment. Trustees have implemenled stronger financial conlrols, improved communications, and are monitoring cash flow closely to mitigate these risks. Structure, Governance and Management All Bullie Charity Rescue is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation {CIO) governed by a written constitution. The trustees are responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance wilh Charity Commission requirements. Operational managemenl is carried out by trustees and volunteers. The board met regularly throughout the year. Plans for Future Periods
The charity aims to obtain the welfare licence for the sanctuary kennels, reduce the number of kennelled dogs, and increase the number of volunteers and fundraisers. Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
