The drydensfairfax foundation is a charity which donates to other registered charities from funds it currently holds. The recipient charities are nominated by employees of drydensfairfax solicitors and are usually local to our office in Leeds but can also be national charities. It uses the funds available to it for charitable purposes in the support of good causes.
Objects: The Charity's Objects ('Objects') Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: To Apply The Income And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital At Such Time Or Times And In Such Manner To Or For The Benefit Of Such Exclusively Charitable Objects And Purposes In Any Part Of The World As The Trustees May In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit. The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Charity's Objects.
