**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, TO, IN MEMORY OF THE FOUNDERS LATE SON WILLIAM CROSS:(1) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE SUBJECTS OF MUSIC AND POLITICS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES, AND (2) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER PURPOSE WHICH IS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
