**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF STUDENTS FROM ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, BY PROMOTING LEARNING THROUGH CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE.

**Activities:** Provide support and training for individuals needing additional support to progress with their chosen career.  This includes one to one mentoring, support to get on-line, basic IT skills, CV writing and support for job applications
