Membership
As at the end of October 2024. the dub's membership stood at 809 (October
2023." 754) paying members.
We continue to filter young athletes entering the dub to ensure we have longer
commttment to the dub.
Athletic Performance
There have been many excellent performances. both indtvidually and as teams,
across all age groups:

Brief statement of the
charity's policy on reserves
The overall reserve policy of the Club is to hold sufficient reserves to
ensure its ongoing successful continuation.
The unrestricted fund is specifically for the day to day expenses incurred
by the Club. The policy is hold sufficient reserves to:
To cover as a minimum an estimate of the value of 'uneamed'
subscripb.ons (since the Club accounts are prepared on a
rern1ttan￿ basis. in accordan￿ with Charity Commission
gu￿an￿. and Sin￿ membership subscriptions are collected
annually in advan￿. the Club will be holding. and induding in
resepies. at any one time approximately six mnths of 'uneamed'
subscriptions).
To protect the Club against any unanticipated shortfall in income.
To wotect the Club against any urfforeseen expendrture.
The Restricted Funds comprise the Equipment Fund and the C&C Trust
Fund to which athletes of all abilities and organisations promoting
athletics can make funding requests.

I report to the trustees on my exarnination of the accounts of the above
charity (Yhe Trust") for the year ended 31 March 2021.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

2011 (°the Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
