**Activities:** We are an independent volunteer counselling service based in York City, providing professional short-term (usually 6 weeks) counselling and support to the local community from 16 years old onwards. Presenting issues may include anxiety, mild to moderate depression, bereavement, domestic and relationship issues, addiction, post-trauma effects and the long-term impact of early life events.
