Cost of living still really affected charities. 

Individuals struggling to cover bill so have less to donate 

Landlords more unwilling to help those on benefits  and are now selling up so fewer local properties available 

Discussion on how we can make a positive affect for refugee clients. 

Decided to change from rent deposits to bus passes, rail cards and food vouchers. These are more easily able to fund raise as it requires smaller amounts of funding. This will reduce isolation and encourage to get to know the UK
