Structure: The Charity is structured as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) under the Foundation Model Constitution. Trustees are recruited by recommendation whereby and of the Trustees may suggest an individual at any Trustee board meeting. The Trustees will then consider the merits of the recommendation and subject to agreement of all Trustees (agreement of which will not be unreasonably withheld), appointment of the new Trustee will be made following said board meeting.

The objectives for the Charity this year were for the suspension of operations to be continued pending determination of the future direction of the Charity.
