During the year participation numbers increased record levels. with a
number of new recreational classes introduced, these include mini gym
classes which are structured classes for 24 year olds
This is in addition to the existing classes offerings and school camps that
continue to take place with maximum participation rates.
Additionally, 75 Gymnasts are continuing to develop through the national
development plan.

More coaches have been introduced and supported in their qualification
process, including the successful plan to advance former gymnasts into
active coaching roles which allows them to continue participation in within
the organisation, by coaching new participants and members.
All participants trained and took part in various competitions and displays.
A concerted effort was made to allow as many gymnasts to experience
competition as possible to increase inclusivity
We continue to support coach development which has led to record
numbers of coaches, coaching within the centre, gaining qualifications
across varying, this has lead to the increasing class offer for more
recreational classes catering for gymnasts of all levels.
We also held an international competition which had record participation
allowing gymnasts to compete in international competition against
gymnasts from across the world.

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
During the year the charity managed to raise funds for new equipment,
that improves the offer of classes for younger participants.
Equipment across the gym hall was generally repaired or replaced
New Beam rnats and equipment locking systems and feet were replaced.
We are particularly pleased with the increased participation numbers
which have reached record levels.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity <"the Trust ) for the year ended 3010612024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have foSlowed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below.) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act, or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
ord to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
