Objects: The Objects Of The Charity, Which Are For The Public Benefit, Are Specifically Restricted To: 1) Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through: A) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life, And In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing By The Provision Of And Management Of Gymnasium Facilities In Liverpool (and Other Places); And / Or B) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals. 2) The Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation In Particular By The Provision Of Facilities And Instruction For Gymnastics And Other Sports Capable Of Promoting Physical Health. 3) For The Public Benefit Any Exclusively Charitable Purpose According To The Law In England And Wales As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time Determine.
