|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The Associations aim ‘to advance the<br>education of Young People in all aspects of<br>watersports’ was achieved by a programme of<br>events during the year. Our annual programme<br>of activities include:-<br>Managing and operating our dedicated water<br>sports centres at**Fishmoor**(Blackburn) &<br>**Spade Mill**(Longridge) reservoirs. These<br>venues were open between March and Oct for<br>our members to allow small groups of Young<br>People (YP) to enjoy water activities e.g.<br>paddling and sailing.<br>New**Fishmoor Boathouse**fundraising during<br>2021/22 did not progress further and remains<br>at £8,260 to be used towards planning and<br>building costs.<br>**Spade Mill Building**improvement planning<br>during 2021/22 like Fishmoor took a step<br>closer with the completion of a new slipway<br>with the assistance of a£2,000 grant from<br>Progress Housing.<br>**Waterday**w/e watersports event on Lake<br>Coniston for 91 YoungPeople.|

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The Associations Financial audited accounts<br>financial position at the end  (attached), are compliant, the main points are:-<br>of the period   £6,625 Youth Investment Fund grant<br>for capital equipment I.e.
