The main actvites undertaken for the public
beneft are as follows:

Afer-school cafe 4.00 – 6.00 term-tme
weekdays.

Youth Club 6.00 – 8.00 Friday evenings.

Youth drop-in 10.00 am – 3.00 pm
Saturdays.
•In the school holidays the Juncton is
generally open on weekdays in the afernoon
to 6pm, in additon to some scheduled
actvites.
•Older members of the community are
welcome to use the Juncton for socialising,
especially weekdays 10.00 am – 3.00 pm.
In the Juncton the young people have the
following actvites and facilites:

Youth worker oversight and support.

Space and furnishings for socialising or
doinghomework.

Pool, table tennis and board games.

Four computers with internet access
and a networked printer, for recreaton
or homework.

Help with homework.

Kitchen facilites for cookery practce.

Training opportunites, such as Food
Hygiene or Media Skills.
Additonal actvites:

During major school holidays there are
day trips organised for the young
people, including outward bound
courses.

Whole community actvites: Family
Fun Day, Easter Egg Hunt, and ‘Who
Dunnit’ Trail.

Young people are encouraged to
engage with the wider community
including partcipants in the young
leaders award through Youth Acton
Wiltshire, in the Natonal Citzens
Service and a representatve on the
Local Youth Network Commitee of
Marlborough Area Board.

Responsibilites and basis of report

As the Charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011.

My examination of the Trust’s accounts has been carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and all applicable directions given by The Charity Commission under section 145 (5)(b) of the Act.

Independent Examiner’s statement

I have prepared the attached statement of accounts from the books, records and information supplied to me and can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention that cause me to believe that the accounting records were not kept as required by section 130 of the Act.
