To best meet the individual needs of young people rererrÈi to Sirona, we provided mi ore l-l eouints and animal-
based sessions in 2024 to build strcn& tru)Xing relationships so ￿oung people start to ieel safe. The 2_year lottery
community li nding we were granied in 2G2? nas supported Sirona to truly embed a trauma-informed ano
relationship-based approach across our INnDle team and all OT our work. We have invested in a wide rang'e of boih
reseafci4 b2sed and practical training in order for ihis to be ai our core, Trom when our administraTor picks up ihie
phone to an initi31 enquiry, to our equino apprentice and animal care staff retating to youll g people and parents
attending Sirona. A long-term relational approach ro practice is now being more widely recognised as imperative
