Statement of Trustees, Responsibilities.
Under the Charities Act 1993 . the trustees are required to prepare a statements of accounts
for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of thè stale of affairs of the charity at the
end of the financial year and of the incoming recourses in the year. In prepanng the statement,
the bustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and apply them conslstently.
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent,
stale whether applicable accounting standards and statements
recommended practice have been followed, subject to any material
departures disclosed and explained in the stalemeTrts of accounts.
prepare the financial statements on the going concem basis unless

We have examined the accounts and statements on pag85 4 to 7, which have been
prepared on the basis of accounling policies set out on page 6.

The truslees of the charity are responsible for the preparation of ao¢ounts',they
on$ider the audit requi￿rnent under section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 does not
apply. We have been appointed under seclion 43 of the Charities Act 1993 and report in
accordance with regulations made under section 44 of that Act. It is our responsibility to
examine the aecounts. without perfoming an audit. and to report to the trustees.

Act 1993 and in accordance with the directions given by the Charty Commissioners

Bases on our examinations. no matter has come to our attention which gives us

kept in accordance with section 41 of Ihe Charities Act 1993, or that the accounts
