Under the Charrties Act 1993 . the truslees are required to prepare a statements of accounts for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity al the end of the financial year and of the incoming recourses in the year. In preparing the statement, the trustees are required to- select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently. make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent, state whether applicable accounting slandards and statements recommended practice have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the statements of accounts. prepare the financial stalements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume thal the charity will continue its operations. The trustee5 are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of Ihe charity at Ihat time and to enable the trustees to ensure that any statement of account prepared by them complies with the regulations under section 42111 of the Charities Act 1993. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF NOBLE EDUCATION TRUST for the year ended 30 OCT 2024 We have examined the accounls and statements on pages 4 10 7, which have been prepared on the basis of accounting policies set out on page 6. Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner: The trustees of the charity are responsible for the preparalion of accounts',they consider the audil requirement under se¢lion 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 does not apply. We have been appointed under section 43 of the Charities Act 1993 and report in accordance with regulations made under section 44 of that Act.11 is our responsibility to examine the accounts, without perfomiing an audit, and to report to the trustees. Basis of Examiner's Statement: This report is in respecl of an examination carried out under section 43 of the Charities Act 1993 and in accordance with the directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 43{7}(b). An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the trustees and a comparison of the account and making such enquiries as are necessary for the purposes of this report. The procedures undertaken do not constitute an audit. They are stated in the accounts at cost less depreciation.
