Revlew of Transaetions and Financial Position:
Wrth the committmenlas indicated above, the financial position of the charity is very secure with
net asset of £227,308 as at 30 Nov 2023.

We have examined the accounts and slalemenls on pages 4 10 7, which have been
prepared on the basis of accounting policies set out on page 6.

The trustees of the charty a￿ responsible for the preparation of accounts',Ihey
con51der the 8udil requirement under section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 does not
apply. We have been 8ppoinled under section 43 of the Charitie5 Act 1993 and report in
accordance with regulations made under section 44 of that Act. It is our responsibility to
examine the accounts, wrthout performing an audit, and lo report lo the IrLtslees.
Basls of Examlnerfs Statement:
This report is in respect of an examination carfied out under section 43 of the Charities
A¢t 1993 and in accordance with the directions given by the Charity Commissioners
under section 4317llbl. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the trustees and a comparison of the account and making such enquiries as are
necessary for the purposes of this report. The procedures undertaken do not conslilLtte
an audit.

The financial Statements have been prepared under the historical Cost convention and in
a¢cordance wlh the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Enlib'es.

Donations for Immediate expenditure are accounted for vthen they become re¢eivable.

Fixed assets for the charty use are ¢apilalised at cost. They are stsled in the accounts at
cost less depreciation.
