**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE "OBJECTS") ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN THE PERFORMANCE AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AND LITURGY CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE CATHOLIC FAITH OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AT THE PARISH CHURCH OF CHRIST CHURCH STAINCLIFFE (THE "PARISH CHURCH") AND THROUGHOUT ITS PARISH (THE "PARISH"), INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT BY WAY OF SALARY, HONORARIUM OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY DIRECTOR OF MUSIC OR ORGANIST OF THE SAID PARISH CHURCH; (2) THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF MUSICAL EDUCATION, OUTREACH AND MISSION THROUGHOUT THE SAID PARISH AND WITHIN THE SAID PARISH CHURCH; (3) PROVIDING FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH ORGAN AT THE SAID PARISH CHURCH;(4) PROVIDING FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TOWER CLOCK (5) PROVIDING, IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY, FINANCIAL SUPPORT TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE SAID PARISH CHURCH IN THE EVENT THAT FAILURE TO PERFORM SUCH MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR MAY THREATEN THE SUSTAINABILITY AND FUTURE VIABILITY OF THE SAID PARISH OR PARISH CHURCH.
