The Objects of the CIO are to preserve and protect health and relieve financial hardship in any part of the world, or for such other charitable purposes (other than charities and charitable purposes for the benefit of animals) and for the benefit of the public, as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit by making grants of money to such charities or charitable purposes.

- During 2021 the major projects the foundation was involved in were as follows:- 

   - Finalised the construction and fitting out of a school in Lira Uganda with quarterly educational support for some pupils 

   - We finalised the construction and initial setting up of refugee support and Community Centre in Malawi in Africa. 

   - We continues to support Christian projects within the Sheffield City Region. 

   - There have also been other contributions to organisations and individuals in the United Kingdom and some emergency funding for individuals in several African countries. 

   - We supported the refurbishment of two community centres in Sheffield and North Derbyshire.

During 2021 the major projects the foundation was involved in were as follows:-

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31[st] December 2021. **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. **Independent** I have completed my examination.
