We increase people's sense of well-being
and reduce loneliness and social isolation by
bringing people and communities together to
make friendships. We encourage people to
actively lake part in their community by
exchanging their skills and time wilh others.
We recognise, value and celebrate every
infomial volunteerin
action. no matter how

big or small. Participants share their skills
and leam new skills from others.
We run eight neighbourhood timebanks in
Plymouth and work in partnership with
service providers to support people to get
active in their community.
We run weekly socials in each
neighbourhood and organise skill swaps to
ensure the safety of all those who take part.
We monilor and evaluate eve

All new Trustees have an induclion, and are
given a copy of our Constitution. Charity
Commission's 'The Essential Trustee Guide,
and have an agreed set of principles and
code of conducl based on the Nolan

We have added to our pool of individuals
and groups joining.

We have maintained Ihe number of
volunteer skills hours exchanged.
We supported eight neighbourhood
Timebanks in Plymouth.
Plymouth City Council continue to consider
us an integral part of their Wellbeing Hub
Strategy. Sadly, one element of our funding
from them is ending with this financial year
but the other continues.
Our social event and swaps continue to help
beneficiaries combat feelings of social
isolation and loneliness. We are particularly
seeking to support members over 65s in this
regard.
Timebank South West is inclusive and
remains free for all beneficiaries to join and
take part.
