## **Achievements and performance** 

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Whilst 2020 – 2021 has been a difficult year due to<br>Covid-19 we have continued to operate.<br>We have increased the number of individuals and groups<br>joining.<br>We have maintained the number of volunteer skills hours<br>exchanged.<br>We supported eight neighbourhood Timebanks in<br>Plymouth.<br>We are named as an integral partner of Plymouth City<br>Council’s Wellbeing Hub Strategy.<br>We have continued hosting weekly socials – on zoom<br>during lockdown and outdoors and face to face when it<br>was safe to do so. This contact helped beneficiaries to<br>combat feelings of social isolation and loneliness.|
