We provide bespoke services to all affected by disability and ill health to ensure all can live a full and happy life. We also aim to provide a brokerage service for local authority, education or health budget holders to develop true person centred support in a truly bespoke way.We also provide behavioural support and parental support as well as referring and signposting onto relevant services.
Objects: The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Disability, Ill Health Or Other Disadvantage In The North West Of England In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing Information, Advice, Support And Services To Individuals With Health Conditions, Disability And Or Additional Needs, Their Families, Advocates And Professionals.
