## TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 2020

The year 2020 was devasting for our charity. Covid and the restrictions applied, saw donations dry up, street collections banned, schools closed, the activities of volunteers severely restricted. and 90% of fundraising put paid to.

In Zambia at our Malimba Community School in Mfuwi, early in 2020 we were able to complete the provision of a teachers meeting room, storeroom and classroom for gifted children and those with special needs.

All other building work at the school was put on hold. However, we were thankfully able to continue paying the teachers salaries, albeit with reduced funds.

It is with trepidation but also hope, that 2021 will see a return to normality and with it once again the charitable gates of public giving opened.

Signed.
