**Activities:** Raise awareness of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and provide information, education, and support across the UK. As a patient-led charity, we work with healthcare professionals, researchers, and associated organisations, develop regional community groups to connect and inform those affected and carers, and lead advocacy to improve understanding, recognition, care pathways and services.
