**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY ENCOURAGING AN APPRECIATION OF SHEFFIELD CASTLE, IN PARTICULAR BY PROMOTING SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CASTLE SITE

**Activities:** FOSC cares for and promotes the site of Sheffield Castle and its immediate environment by acquiring and disseminating information about the castle at local and national levels. We raise awareness of Sheffield Castle through the circulation of written materials, attendance at local events, and public talks about the castle and related subjects, to the benefit of Sheffield and surrounding areas.
