statements ol the charitable company comply with Ihe current siatulory requirements, the reqLJirements ol the
charitable companws goveming document and the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice
ISORPI applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS1021 (effective 1 January 20191.
Since the company qualifies as small under seciion 382 of the Companies Act 2006, the Strategic report
required of medium and large companies under the Companies Act 2006 Islralegic Report and Directors.

The principal object of the charity 15 the advancement of the evangelical Christian Faith worldwide Sn

In setting objectives and planning lor aclivrti'es, the Trustees have given due consideration to general guidance
published by the Charity Commission relating to public benefit, induding the guidance 'Public benefit.. running a

Activities for achieving the charity objectives include the following..
To support the work ol Lancè LaM￿rt Ministries in the promotion and provision of a¢cg$s to all books,
manuscripts and leaching material produced by Lance Lambert during his lifetime.
To carry out and direct discipleship, evangelistic and missionary acbvity.
To support, administer, set up or co-operate with other charities. voluntary organisalions. clubs or inglilulions.

Through le8¢hing about Evangelical Christian beliefs and pr8¢1i¢es. the proclarnalion of the Gospel of Jesus
Christ and the promotion ol Christian values and moral improvement, Lambert Dobski Trust seeks to bring
benefil to individuals and Whjer society.
By supporting Ministries that are recognised for their work and experience in helping people lo develop
spiritually, morally, and intellectually. individuals have an improved sense of wellbeing and increased self-
esteem as they develop new skills. capabilities and knovAedge.

Achievements and perforniance
a. Revlew of actlvltles
During the year th8 charity continued its chanl8ble a¢kn"vilies of supporting the work of Lance Lamb8rt Mini$trI8s.
The charity has made toial donations of £92.769 lo Lance Lambert Ministries and The Jerusalem Institute in
accordance with its charitable objectives for the promoknon of and provision of access to all books, manuscripts
and teaching materials produced by Lance Lambert, carrying out and direct discipleship, evangelistic and
missionary activity and support and cO￿rdInation with other ch81ities. Through these donations the charity has
given consider8b.on to Ihe considerable wbllc benefil of the advancement of the Chrfsllan religlon and
evangelistic and missionary activity.
The Trustees have invested a proportion of reserves into an independently managed investment fvnd in order to
maximise the potential returns on the chariws Surpluses.

After making appropriate enquiries, Ihe Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the company has
adequate re50urce5 to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they
continue lo adopt the going concem basis In preparing the financial stslemenls. Further dètsils reg8rding the
adoptlon of the going concem b8sis can be found in th8 accounbng policles.
b. R•s•rv88 pollcy
The charity finished the year with a surplus of £82,089 after investment gains and losses 12024.. £67,947
surplusl and reserves of £1,763.841 12024.. £1,681.7521. All lunds at the end of the year were unrestricted
resources. The Trustees are satisfied with ihe results for the year and expect continued growth in the future.
There are minimal 8dminislr8live expenses therefore the charity does not need lo hold amounts in reservè and
the intention of the Trustees is lo dislribule the maximum 8mounl of ￿SelveS possible in continuance of ils
charitable purposes. The surplus hjnds held at year end have arisen due to the ts'ming of income and
expenditure up to the year end date.

The Lambert Dobski Trust is registered as a charitable company limiteij by guarantee and was set up by a
Memorandum of Association on 10 August 2015.

The management of the company is the responsibility of the Trustees vtho are elected and co-opted under the
terms of the Memorandum of Association.
c. Organisational structure and decision4naking policies
The day-to4ay responsibility for the pmision of services rests with the Trustees, who ensurè that thè Trust
delivers the service speufied and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

2.1 Basis of preparation of financial statements
The financial ststemenls have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP IFRS 1021
Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Stalement of Recommendtrd Practice appli¢ablg lo charilitss
prgparing their accounts in accordance wilh th8 Financial Rèporting Standard applicable in the UK
and Republic of Ireland {FRS 1021 leffectsve 1 January 20151, the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006.
The Lambèrt Dobski Trust meets the definibon of a public benefft entity undèr FRS 102. Assets and
liabilities are initially rec￿niSed al historical cost or transaction value unless olheNrfise slated in the
rglevanl accounting policy.
2.2 Income
All income is recognised once the Company has entitlement to the income, rt is probable that the
income will be received and the 8mounl of income ￿CeIVable can be measu￿￿ ￿lIablY.
Income tax recoverable in relat*)n to inveslment income 1$ recognised at the ts'me the investmont
income is receivable.
2.3 EX￿ndIture
Expenditure is recognised once Iherg is a legal or conslwctive obligation lo Iransfgr economi¢
benefit to a third party, rt is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in
settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is classified by
activily. The costs ol each activity are made up of the toial of direcl costs and shared costs,
including support costs involved in undertaking each activity. Direct cos15 attributable lo a single
activity are alloc8led diredly lo Ihal activty. Shared w5ts which contribute lo rnore than one activity
and support costs which are nol attributable to a single a¢tivrty are apportioned belwggn those
aclivits'es on a basis consislenl with the use of resources. Central staff costs are allocated on the
basis of time spent, and depreaalion charges allocated on the portion ol the asset's use.
Expenditure on charitable activities is incurred on di￿llY undertaking the actiVTties which further the
companys objective5. as well as any assoGialed 5UPPOrt Costs.
All expenditure is inclusive of irrecoverable VAT.
2.4 Interest receivable
Interest on funds held on deposrt is induded vthen ￿CeNable and the amount ¢8n be measured
rgliably by the company, this is nomally Ur￿ notification of the intèrést paid or payablè by thè
institution with whom the funds are de￿Sited.

2.7 Cash at bank and Sn hand
Cash at bank and in hand includes cash and short-term highly liquid investments with a short
malurily of three months or less from the d818 ol acquisition or owning of the daposil or similar
account.
2.8 Llabllltle8 and provS8lons
Liabilities are recognised when there is an obligat￿￿ al the Balance Sheet dale as a rèsult of a past
event. Il is probabltr that a Iransler of e￿noMiC benefil will be requirèd in setllemenl, and the
amount of the settlement can be estsmaled reliably.
Liabilities are recognised at the amount that the company anticipates it will pay to setile the debt or
the amount it has received as advanced payrnents lor the goods or services it must provide.
2.9 Finan¢lal in$trum•nts
The company only has financial assets and financial liabilities ol a kind that qualify as basic financial
inslrumenis. Basic finanual insirumenis are initially recognised at Iransaction value and
subsequently measured at their selllemenl value with the exception of bank loans which are
subsequently measured al amortised cost using the effects've interest method.
2.10 Fund a¢¢ounting
General funds are unreslricled funds which are available for use al the discretion of the Trustees in
furtherance of the general objectives of the company and which have not been des￿nated for other
purposes.
