SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The charity provides a safe place for the vulnerable or lonely to socialize in cafe surroundings, devoid of addiction related temptations, providing warmth, food & often supplying everyday essential living items such as kitchen,crockery, bedding and cleaning items. An annual Christmas Day dinner is offered free of charge to anyone who needs it. Money from public use of cafe given to aid projects.
