This is provided by one-to- **achievements of the charity** one befrienders who are recruited and trained. Befrienders also receive **during the year** on going support and supervision. We have had a smaller social calendar this year due to volunteer capacity but we have been able to continue our art workshops. These are delivered by leigh Johnson one of the trustees. They are well attended and provide a relaxed environment where service users can creatively express themselves in a social setting. We managed to finish the year with a Xmas meal which was enjoyed by all. We continue to receive referrals and hold a waiting list. There have been fewer new volunteers this year but we have managed to spread out the support using our existing pool of befrienders. We have continued to work with Interact to offer mental health first aid and resilience training to our existing volunteers. **TAR** March **2012** 4 ## **Section E Financial review** **Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves** We currently have no employees or premises overheads and are funded solely on donations and regular giving.
