| 1.At the first annual general meeting ofthe members ofthe CIG all the |

| 3.The charity trustees to retire by rotation shall be those who have been |

| longest in office since their last appointment or reappointment. Ifany |

| trustees were last appointed or reappointed on the same day those to retire |

| shall (unlessthey otherwise agree among themselves) be determined by lot; |
||
| 4.The vacancies so arising may be filled by the decision ofthe members at | ||
| the annual general meeting; any vacancies not filled at the annual general |
||
| meeting may be filled as provided in sub-clause (S)ofthis clause; |

| S.The members orthe charity trustees may at any time decide to appoint a |
||
| new charity trustee, whether in place ofa charity trustee who has retired or |
||
| been removed in accordance with clause [1S](Retirement and removal of |
||
| charity trustees), or as an additional charity trustee, provided that the limit |
||
| specified in clause [12(3)]on the number ofcharity trustees would not as a |
||
| result be exceeded; | ||
| 6.A person so appointed by the members ofthe CIO shall retire in accordance |
||
| with the provisions ofsub-clauses (2)and (3) ofthis clause. A person so |
||
| appointed by the charity trustees shall retire at the conclusion ofthe next |
||
| annual general meeting after the date ofhis or her appointment and shall not |
||
| be counted for the purpose ofdetermining which ofthe charity trustees isto |
||
| retire by rotation at that meeting. | ||
| 3.Number ofcharity trustees | ||

Due to Covid Restrictions our children's outreach this year has been limited. Our annual summer holiday camp for children and youth aged 7-16was canceiied, and apart from Jan, Feb, March, our monthly 'Exhilarate' club for primary children aged 4-11was also cancelled. Our Youth Group which would normally meet at least once a month, was |

| Without Covid Restrictions, our community outreach and pastoral care would normally |

| groups, and running atwice weekly soup bowl. We have given out packed lunches from |

| the door ofthe church and signposted to agencies for support, and at times allowed one |
|||
| support group has been able to meet. | |||
| Thankfully, we have been able to continue financial support for overseas initiatives; Geon |
|||
| Christian Children's Home in South Korea, Brian Jennings (with wife, Comfort) isa Church |
|||
| ofChrist missionary in Ghana, West Africa, Unsung Heroes (formerly Pro-Vision |
|||
| International —PVI}- a Southern Africa based Christian missions serving agency, and the |
|||
| wider The Persecuted Church. Locally and nationally, we have supported Tunbridge Wells |
|||
| Street Pastors and Tunbridge Wells Youth for Christ, as well as our national Fellowship of |
|||
| Churches ofChrist. | |||
